FOMBAH LASANA KANNEH
He is an entrepreneur who works with impoverished youth in Liberian communities and focuses on recycling waste for a sustainable livelihood. He is the Executive Director / Manager of Liberia’s first Youth Social Incubation Center called ‘Training for Youth Empowerment’. He is a member of the Council of Youth Advisors to the United States Ambassador to Liberia. He serves as the coordinator of the group, ‘Youth Beyond Barriers’, which empowers destitute youth to reduce poverty with the goal of developing middle-income societies. He is also a writer and youth activist who seeks to revolutionize the perceptions of young Liberians.
DR. SOLANGEL BRUJAN
Dr. Solangel Brujan, an alumni and supporter of CGF, is an expert linguist and certified health counselor committed to transforming how parents and early childhood professionals improve the lives of typical and atypical developing children through the nutritional and environmental interventions. For the last 15 years, she has served as a teacher, data specialist, entrepreneur, and advocate for children with special needs.
Dr. Brujan co-runs an early childhood center with her sister and a non-for-profit foundation with her mother in New York and the Dominican Republic.

Audrey is an Ella, Inc. Camp alumnus who impressed us with her entrepreneurial spirit and her commitment to her community in Haiti: at 15 years old, she founded her own NGO to support young people in her neighborhood. Juan P. Casimiro began his education and youth empowerment career in 1987 as a school teacher for the New York City Board of Education. With 35 years of experience as a public speaker, social entrepreneur, educator, coach and mentor, Casimiro specializes in building individual and organizational strength from within. His passion to teach Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Social Innovation globally are known for the immediate enthusiasm they generate and the long-term benefits that flow from them. Angela Cruz is a well recognized Tech Leader, Consultant and Professional Development Coach. Besides being a prominent and seasoned female role model for many professionals, Angela has helped grow global technology companies through revenue generating strategies and geographical expansion. Within her busy schedule as an entrepreneur and corporate executive, she has always found time to continue being CGF’s leading individual donor.
Kjell de Orr

Kjell de Orr is Health and Wellness Innovation Specialist. Kjell brings decades of international experience and perspective to the CGF Board of Directors. He has 25 years of experience with leading international marketing consulting and market research firms, including senior board and CEO roles at top global firms. Originally from Sweden, Kjell also lived in London, England, before moving to Miami with his wife and 2 children, and has worked all around the world.

Kenneth A. Finneran is a strategic, global, HR and talent executive, thought leader, author, innovator, and entrepreneur. Mr. Finneran has been leading the strategic, global human resources function since April 2018 for Kaseya, the leading provider of complete IT infrastructure management solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and mid-market entrerprises (MMEs). As Kaseya’s VP, Global Human Resources, he and his team have been supporting the PE-backed company’s aggressive growth and leadership through innovative HR/talent management initiatives.
Laura Ruiz Hajduk

Laura is Starbucks’ Resource Bussiness Partner (TLA) that has helped Starbucks’ South Florida stores grow by more than 200% in sales. As Certified Labor Management Specialist and Manager / Coach she has implemented innovative strategies that have helped her partners grow professionally, but more importantly to become more socially responsible in the communities they serve. She also delivers Train the Trainer and CTT+ Preparation Learnshops as well as, designs and customizes courses and training initiatives for s/m business clients. She has supported numerous community-based organizations in Florida. Laura has included more than 100 Starbucks volunteers in CGF programs.
