Juan P. Casimiro

He began his education and youth empowerment career in 1987 as a school teacher for the New York City Board of Education. With 40 years of experience as a public speaker, social entrepreneur, educator, coach and mentor, Casimiro specializes in building individual and organizational strength from within. His passion to teach Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Social Innovation globally are known for the immediate enthusiasm they generate and the long-term benefits that flow from them. Casimiro is Co-Founder of: 7 Mindsets, Magic Wand Foundation, Ismael Cala Foundation, and SociaLab Foundation. He’s also the Founder / CEO of BIZNOVATOR and Past-President of United Nations Association Miami Chapter. Key to Casimiro’s success is his 100% commitment to helping youth live their dreams.

Kenneth A. Finneran

Kenneth A. Finneran is a global HR and talent executive, thought leader, author, innovator, entrepreneur, and community builder. Since November 2021, he has led the global human resources function for eMed, a leading digital healthtech company and Test-To-Treat pioneer focused on democratizing healthcare. Previously, he served as VP of Global HR at Kaseya and as Chief Human Resources Officer at National Beverage Corp. (Nasdaq: FIZZ), driving hyper-growth talent strategies as both companies scaled into multi-billion-dollar enterprises. With over 25 years of senior HR experience, he is an award-winning advocate for innovative talent pipelines and a sought-after speaker on strategic talent management. He co-chairs the Emerging Tech Talent Working Group of the Miami Tech Talent Coalition and recently received the Tech Talent Pipeline Award.

Laura brings over a decade of dynamic experience in both the corporate world and entrepreneurship. She began her career excelling in supply chain roles before transitioning to become an influential international headhunter. Today, Laura is dedicated to helping tech professionals from Latin America secure remote positions with American companies.

Her passion for promoting personal development is the driving force behind her work. Laura believes in fostering a growth mindset and providing support to young people, empowering them to navigate and shape their future careers with confidence.

As a board member, Laura is committed to expanding Casimiro Global Foundation's programs. Her goal is to create more career opportunities for youth, inspiring them to achieve their fullest potential.

Laura is a Starbucks Partner Resource Business Partner Sr. (HR Manager) supporting the Latin America and Caribbean markets. She has thrived as an intrapreneur at Starbucks, leading impactful initiatives across Talent and People. Guided by her purpose of helping others become the best version of themselves, Laura has spent the past 21 years creating and implementing strategies that help partners grow professionally, personally, and as socially responsible leaders in the communities they serve. Her commitment to service extends beyond the company; she has supported numerous community-based organizations across Florida and has engaged more than 100 Starbucks volunteers in Casimiro Global Foundation programs, strengthening youth empowerment efforts and expanding positive impact.
