Ella, Inc. (Entrepreneurial Ladies Leading with Action), is a multi-phase exploratory learning program that teaches and empowers young woman to create social impact ventures that bring value to their communities.
The program gives young women leaders from around the world the opportunity to learn how to create social impact ventures that will make a difference in their communities. Ellas (young women, ages 16-21), that are accepted to participate in the Ella, Inc. program, get to optimize their growth development as young leaders, innovators, and social entrepreneurs.
Through our 4 phase experience , Ellas get to create and execute their social impact venture through an immersive curriculum that brings together skills-based, social entrepreneurship, mindfulness and real life hands-on learning.
The Ella, Inc. experience prepares young women with the tools they need to deliver social impact services, to identify innovative solutions to complex community challenges, and to bring awareness to underserved communities.
The foundational component of the Ella, Inc. program, is a 2.5-day intensive hosted in local communities around the world. Designed for young women aged 16-19, this workshop focuses on the initial stages of social entrepreneurship, where participants are introduced to the essentials of creating ventures that have a meaningful impact on their communities.
Participants will undergo a dynamic learning process that includes:
Day 1: Introduction to the Ella, Inc. mission, mindfulness practices, and the 7 Mindsets foundational to social impact.
Day 2: Hands-on activities in critical thinking, problem-solving, and the innovation/ideation process. Participants start developing their Social Impact Canvas Model.
Day 3: Continuation of project development, culminating in a pitch session where participants present their initial social impact concepts.

The workshop concludes with a pitching event where participants present their social impact ideas. A panel of judges evaluates these pitches, and the top three finalists are selected based on the innovation, feasibility, and potential impact of their proposals.
The three finalists earn a full scholarship to further develop their projects at the Ella, Inc. Camp during the summer. This next phase allows them to expand on their ideas with more resources, mentorship, and a broader network of like-minded individuals.
This immersive summer camp spans two weeks, providing a deep dive into advanced aspects of social entrepreneurship. Hosted in vibrant settings that inspire creativity and innovation.
The camp is designed to significantly advance the social entrepreneurship skills of young women who have demonstrated exceptional promise and commitment during the initial Social Impact Workshop.

The culmination of the Ella, Inc. Camp is a final pitch event where participants present their refined projects to a panel of experts and potential investors. This event not only assesses the feasibility and readiness of their ventures but also provides a platform for real-world feedback and networking opportunities.
Notably, finalists are awarded seed money to execute their projects, offering a tangible kickstart to bring their social impact ventures to life.
