Youth Empowerment Scholarships (YES) is a program designed to assure that youth are able to attend youth development camps and workshops offered by partners (see WE EMPOWER ORGS). Besides providing seed capital grants, YES also offers financial support for any student seeking to attend conferences, seminars, forums, and memberships that offer them growth development opportunities.
