The Ella, Inc. Workshop is held in various local communities around the world, making it accessible to young women everywhere. Specific locations are determined in partnership with our local collaborators and are shared on our website and through our digital flyers. Once you apply, you’ll receive detailed information about the workshop location closest to you. Keep an eye out for updates, and get ready to join us in an inspiring local setting.

All necessary materials will be provided, including resources and supplies for all activities. However, to get the most out of the workshop, we encourage participants to bring the following:

• A Laptop or Tablet: You’ll need a laptop or tablet to work on your presentations and participate in digital activities.

• Notebook and Pen: For taking notes and brainstorming ideas throughout the workshop.

• An Open Mind: Come ready to think creatively, collaborate with others, and dive into new experiences!

Accommodation is not provided during the workshop, as it is designed to be a local program. Participants will need to arrange their own lodging if necessary. For participants advancing to the Ella, Inc. Camp (Stage II), accommodation will be provided as part of that immersive experience.

After the workshop, the journey doesn’t end—it’s just the beginning! The top three participants will receive full scholarships to advance to the Ella, Inc. Camp (Stage II), where they’ll further develop their social ventures. Please note that while the scholarship covers all camp-related expenses, it does not include plane tickets or travel costs.

For those who aren’t among the top three but still want to continue developing their ideas, there’s plenty of support available. We offer monthly webinars to help you refine your project and stay connected with the Ella, Inc. community. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage with a network of like-minded young women and mentors who can provide ongoing guidance and encouragement.

Additionally, if you’re eager to attend the camp but aren’t covered by a scholarship, there is an option to pay for your participation. However, please be aware that spaces are limited, so early application is recommended.

We understand that life can be busy and you may have other commitments, but attending the entire workshop is mandatory.
