The Camp will take place from June 15 to June 28, 2025, at Florida International University (FIU), Main Campus, in Miami, Florida. It’s a two-week residential experience.
Girls between the ages of 15 and 19 who have attended an Ella, Inc. Workshop in their country. You don’t have to be a finalist to apply — attending the Workshop Space qualifies you.
We especially encourage applications from young women who:

No prior experience in social entrepreneurship is required—just a willingness to learn, collaborate, and take the first steps toward becoming a leader and changemaker.
The Camp is a fully residential program. Participants will stay in university dorms on the FIU campus for the entire two weeks.
What is the main focus of the Camp?
The Ella, Inc. Camp is more than just a learning experience—it’s a launchpad for your future success. You’ll gain foundational skills in leadership, critical thinking, and social entrepreneurship, all of which are crucial for making a positive impact in your community and excelling in your future career.
Beyond these essential skills, the workshop also focuses on career readiness, networking, and communication abilities. You’ll learn how to present your ideas confidently, connect with like-minded peers and mentors, and build a network that can support your journey long after the workshop ends.

How much does the Camp cost?
The total Camp fee is $2,700 USD. This is a subsidized rate — the fee covers only the cost of participation without profit.
What does the Camp fee include?
The fee covers:
Accommodation in university dorms for the full two-week program
Three meals per day
All Camp activities, commutes, workshops, and materials
Supervision and mentorship from our dedicated team of coaches
Participation in the pitch competition
The opportunity to earn additional capital to launch their project if they win first, second, or third place in the pitch competition
No. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel to and from Miami, Florida.
Currently, no additional scholarships or financial aid are available beyond the already subsidized Camp fee.
Participants will stay in four-bedroom dorms, each with individual keys and keycard access to buildings. FIU’s housing facilities offer a secure and comfortable living environment.
How is the safety of participants ensured?
We follow FIU’s campus safety protocols and have a dedicated team of supervisors and coaches who monitor and guide participants. We also enforce a strict code of conduct to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
Who supervises the participants during the Camp?
Participants are supervised by a team of experienced mentors and supervisors throughout the Camp, during all activities and on-campus hours.
What should participants bring to the Camp?
A detailed packing list will be provided after acceptance with your welcome kit, but essentials will include:
Personal clothing and toiletries
Travel documents
Any required medications
Are there any follow-up opportunities after the Camp?
Yes! Participants will be invited to join aligning sessions where they receive continued support and mentorship. Many also stay engaged through our broader Ella, Inc. community.
What is the pitch competition and how does it work?
At the end of the Camp, participants will take part in a pitch competition, showcasing a project or initiative they develop during the program. Finalists will be awarded scholarships for first, second, and third place.
