Commitment:
I understand that my participation as a volunteer is voluntary and unpaid. I agree to fulfill my selected volunteer responsibilities to the best of my ability and communicate any changes in my availability as soon as possible.

Conduct:
I agree to act respectfully and responsibly while representing the Casimiro Global Foundation. I will treat fellow volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries with kindness, respect, and professionalism at all times.

Confidentiality:
I agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared with me during my volunteer activities, including but not limited to beneficiary identities, contact details, or any other private information related to the Toy and Clothing Drive.

Health & Safety:
I agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by the Casimiro Global Foundation and any partner organizations. If I am volunteering at a location, I agree to exercise caution and ensure a safe environment for myself and others. I will not engage in any actions that could cause harm to myself or others.

Liability:
I acknowledge that the Casimiro Global Foundation, its staff, and partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during my volunteer work. I understand that I am participating at my own risk and will not hold the Foundation liable for any incidents or accidents.

Media Release (Optional):
I grant permission for the Casimiro Global Foundation to take photographs or videos of me during my volunteer work for promotional or marketing purposes. I understand that these images may be used in print or online publications, including social media, to promote the mission of the Foundation.

Termination:
I understand that the Casimiro Global Foundation reserves the right to terminate my volunteer position at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions, misconduct, or failure to fulfill my responsibilities.

Volunteering as Part of a Group:
If I am volunteering as part of a group, I agree to ensure that all members of the group comply with the above terms and conditions. I will also communicate any group-related needs or changes to the Casimiro Global Foundation as soon as possible.
