About The Program

Ella, Inc. (Entrepreneurial Ladies Leading with Action), is a multi-phase exploratory learning program that teaches and empowers young woman to create social impact ventures that bring value to their communities.

The program gives young women leaders from around the world the opportunity to learn how to create social impact ventures that will make a difference in their communities. Ellas (young women, ages 16-21), that are accepted to participate in the Ella, Inc. program, get to optimize their growth development as young leaders, innovators, and social entrepreneurs.

How Are Breaking These Barriers?

Hi, we're Ella, Inc.

Our mission is to empower young women to become the leaders and change-makers of tomorrow.

Participants will learn social entrepreneurship, develop real-world solutions, and pitch their ideas—all while gaining the confidence and skills they need to succeed.

Top participants earn FULL scholarships to continue through our multi-stage program, including an advanced camp, venture implementation, and internships.

At every stage, we provide mentorship, resources, and a supportive community to ensure they thrive.We’re not just teaching skills—we’re building a community of driven young women ready to make a lasting impact.

Through our 4 phase experience , Ellas get to create and execute their social impact venture through an immersive curriculum that brings together skills-based, social entrepreneurship, mindfulness and real life hands-on learning.

The Ella, Inc. experience prepares young women with the tools they need to deliver social impact services, to identify innovative solutions to complex community challenges, and to bring awareness to underserved communities.

Experience dynamic, hands-on learning that includes:

Duration: 2.5 Days
Overview: Kickstart your journey with a fun, hands-on workshop where young women (ages 15-19) dive into the exciting world of social entrepreneurship.
Day 1: Get inspired with an introduction to the Ella, Inc. mission, mindfulness practices, and the basics of creating social impact.
Day 2: Roll up your sleeves for interactive sessions in critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation. Start building your Social Impact Canvas Model!
Day 3: Bring it all together with project development and pitch your social impact ideas to a panel of experts in a thrilling final session.
Outcome: The top three participants win FULL scholarships* to take their journey to the next level at Stage II—the Ella, Inc. Camp.
